The Motor Insurance Committee held a meeting to clarify Registrar Order No. 45\/2567 on the use of forms, wording, and premium rate schedules for electric vehicle insurance policies, and Registrar Order No. 46\/2567 on the use of forms, wording, and premium rate schedules for motor insurance policies, which took effect from 1 January 2025. This aimed to clarify, build understanding, and explain practice guidelines for underwriting and claims settlement, to ensure correct understanding consistent with the objectives of the above Registrar Orders, including channels for checking driving behavior data of motor insurance policyholders, to ensure correct mutual understanding, to help reduce problems or disputes that may arise, with a total of 570 participants attending the clarification meeting, on 17 March 2025, at Seminar Room 501, 5th Floor, Thai General Insurance Association.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
