On 16 September 2025, the Thai Insurance Business Council Committee Meeting No. 1\/2025\u20132027 passed a resolution approving the appointment of Dr. Somporn Suebthawilkul, President of the Thai General Insurance Association, as the new Chairman of the Thai Insurance Business Council for 2025\u20132027. The new Thai Insurance Business Council Committee will serve a 2-year term, with a mission to promote cooperation between organizations in the insurance business sector, develop industry standards, and sustainably elevate the stability and resilience of Thailand’s insurance system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
