Dr. Pongpanu Damrongsiri, Executive Director of the Thai General Insurance Association, joined the press conference for “OIC Connect: Super App for Smart Life and Smart Insurance,” launching new services on LINE OIC Connect, organized by the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC). The event marked the upgrading of the OIC Connect platform toward becoming a full-fledged “Super App” hub for digital insurance services, launching the latest new service, “Policy Search by Heir,” allowing heirs or related parties to directly search for insurance policy information of deceased policyholders, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
