Mr. Jeerapant Asavathanakul, Chairman of the Accounting-Finance and Investment Committee, and the Accounting-Finance Committee, Thai General Insurance Association, together with Mrs. Nusara (Asakul) Banyatpiyapod, President of the Thai Life Assurance Association, discussed with the Examination Line, OIC, measures to upgrade supervision of the financial status and stability of insurance companies, to upgrade the use of measures for supervising the financial status and stability of insurance companies, and to serve as a tool for insurance companies to manage and resolve issues related to their status and operations in a timely manner, and to address the root cause of problems before company problems expand widely enough to affect policyholders and the public. Mr. Sorat Raeksakulchai, Assistant Secretary-General, Examination Line, chaired the meeting, on 21 April 2025.
