The Law and Regulation Committee, Thai General Insurance Association, attended a discussion meeting with Mr. Adisorn Pipatvorapong, Deputy Secretary-General for Legal and Examination, together with staff from the OIC, to discuss “Practice Guidelines for the Protection of Customer Personal Data for the Non-Life Insurance Business (No. 2).” This meeting aimed to exchange views and propose approaches for upgrading the protection of policyholders’ personal data to an appropriate level, consistent with relevant laws, and to promote the non-life insurance business sector to operate efficiently, transparently, and to build greater confidence among the public who use its services, on 21 April 2025, at the Office of Insurance Commission.
