Dr. Pongpanu Damrongsiri, Executive Director, Thai General Insurance Association, shared risk management perspectives with restaurant operators under the project “Worry-Free Restaurants, Protected by Insurance,” and exchanged ideas on risk management issues for the restaurant business, to build knowledge, understanding, and preparedness for operators to appropriately handle challenges that may arise.
The activity was part of promoting awareness of insurance and risk management in the service sector, aiming for restaurant operators to recognize the importance of comprehensive risk planning.
