Mr. Arnon Wangwasu, Advisor to the Executive Committee, Thai General Insurance Association, was honored to be a special guest lecturer on the topic “ESG for Sustainable Insurance,” through the ESG Leadership Program, Batch 3, organized by the Institute of Research and Development for Public Enterprises Foundation (IRDP).
This lecture conveyed the Thai General Insurance Association’s approach to ESG operations, focusing on promoting knowledge and understanding of ESG, while raising the standard of insurance business operations to be consistent with sustainable development guidelines, as well as to strengthen the capability and vision of executives from the government, state enterprise, and private sectors in systematically applying ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) principles to organizational management, which will lead to driving Thailand’s economy and society to grow steadily and sustainably.
