Dr. Somporn Suebthawilkul, President of the Thai General Insurance Association, presided over the opening ceremony of the 29th Insurance Management Development Program (IMDP), along with delivering a special lecture on “Overview and Role of Thailand’s Insurance Business in the Economy and Society,” and honored by Mr. Chuchat Pramoolpol, Secretary-General of the OIC, who joined in delivering a special lecture on “Direction for Regulating and Promoting Thailand’s Non-Life Insurance Business.” This program is organized by the Insurance Business and Academic Development Committee, to develop the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of executives in the non-life insurance business to become professional risk managers, with a total of 56 participants from insurance companies, insurance broker companies, and the OIC. The training period runs from 3 September 2025 to 30 November 2025, on 3 September 2025 at Seminar Room 501, Thai General Insurance Association.
