Representatives from the Accident and Health Insurance Committee, Thai General Insurance Association, attended the 2nd meeting of the subcommittee for insurance product development and improvement, together with the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC), chaired by Mr. Paiboon Piammetta, Assistant Secretary-General, Insurance Product Supervision Line, OIC. The meeting discussed approaches to providing coverage for prescription medicines purchased from pharmacies under the health insurance system together with relevant agencies, and gathered opinions and recommendations to help formulate appropriate and practically applicable operating guidelines, on Thursday, 25 May 2026, from 09:30–12:00, at the Meeting Room, Insurance Academy, 2nd Floor, Office of Insurance Commission.
