Dr. Pongpanu Damrongsiri, Executive Director, Thai General Insurance Association, was honored as a special guest speaker on “Insurance Value Chain” at the OIC InsurTech Roadshow, part of the 2026 Insurance Technology Innovation Award competition project, organized by the Center of InsurTech, Thailand (CIT), Office of Insurance Commission (OIC). The lecture aimed to raise insurance knowledge and promote the application of technology in the insurance industry for students, as well as serve as a guide for creating innovations that meet the needs of the insurance industry, consumers, and the public. Ms. Prapapat Kulpavarobhas, Senior Expert, OIC, explained the project details, with over 80 faculty members and students from the Faculty of Science and Technology, Department of Mathematics and Statistics, Actuarial Science Program, attending the lecture, on Tuesday, 21 April 2026, at the Faculty of Science and Technology, Thammasat University, Rangsit Campus.
