Dr. Somporn Suebthawilkul, President of the Thai General Insurance Association, joined in presenting the e-Claim Awards 2025, to continuously support driving the automated claims system (e-Claim System), which helps elevate the insurance claims process to be more convenient, fast, and standardized, through applying digital technology together with linking and exchanging data between insurance companies, hospitals, foundation networks, and related agencies, resulting in more streamlined operations, reduced redundant steps, increased transparency, and strengthened confidence, leading to the system’s widespread acceptance, on 29 January 2026 at Asawin Grand Convention Hotel, Bangkok.
