Representatives from the Law and Regulation Committee, Motor Insurance Committee, and Accident and Health Insurance Committee, Thai General Insurance Association, attended a discussion meeting on progress regarding approaches to amending subordinate legislation related to insurance fraud, including developing a detector for insurance fraud behavior from the Office of Insurance Commission’s fraud reporting system, to study and establish criteria and practical guidelines for preventing and suppressing insurance fraud more effectively. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Jom Jeerapaet, Assistant Secretary-General, Legal and Litigation Line, OIC, together with staff from the Legal and Litigation Line, OIC, on 21 January 2026, at the Institute Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Office of Insurance Commission.
