The Office of Arbitration held the “Arbitration Coffee Talk: Sip Coffee, Share Problems, Develop Dispute Resolution Work” activity, to discuss and exchange views on dispute resolution in an informal setting and jointly find ways to reduce steps and obstacles, making case consideration faster, and to share the direction of operations for 2026, which focuses on adopting technology systems. Ms. Kanlaya Jukhom, Deputy Executive Director, together with the management team of the Office of Arbitration, joined the discussion with representatives of member companies, on Wednesday, 21 January 2026, from 10:00–12:00, at the Office of Arbitration, 2nd Floor, Thai General Insurance Association.
