Thai General Insurance Association Joins in Building a Sustainable Ecosystem through the Nan Watershed Reforestation Project

Dr. Pongpanu Damrongsiri, Executive Director, Thai General Insurance Association, joined a campaign activity for travel safety during the long holiday period, along with a reforestation activity to restore the Nan watershed, 2025, organized by the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC) together with the insurance industry.

On this occasion, the Association presented a contribution of 65,000 baht to the “Trees4All” project, part of this reforestation activity, to be used for planting and sponsoring 500 trees.

This project focuses on giving local farmers a role in caring for and monitoring the long-term growth of the trees, to create a sustainable ecosystem, reflecting the insurance business sector’s concrete commitment to promoting environmental conservation.

Honored by Mrs. Wilaiwan Budasa, Deputy Governor of Nan Province, and Mr. Chuchat Pramoolpol, Secretary-General of the OIC, who jointly presided over the ceremony and presented the project contribution.
