Mr. Pirat Wongsaisuwan, Registrar and Chairman of the Law and Regulation Committee, together with the Law and Regulation Committee, Thai General Insurance Association, held a meeting with the Thai Life Assurance Association, to discuss approaches for compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
This meeting aimed to exchange views and propose appropriate approaches for protecting personal data under the relevant legal basis, to respond to operations in the insurance business, aiming to build mutual understanding between the two associations in driving practice guidelines that are a common standard for the industry.
