Representatives of the Law and Regulation Committee, Thai General Insurance Association, attended a seminar to elevate the practices of reporting entities on beneficial ownership due diligence. The Anti-Money Laundering Office (AMLO) held this seminar to explain system developments and readiness preparations, as well as legal compliance oversight approaches, focusing on the use of Open Data and related tools to raise the efficiency of reporting entities’ work, while also exchanging suggestions and approaches for improving operations. Mr. Thepsu Bavornchotidara presided over the opening of the seminar, during 17–18 September 2025 at the Baiyoke Sky Hotel, Ratchathewi District, Bangkok.
