The Thai General Insurance Association, through the Insurance PR Club, held a workshop training course on “Mastering Crisis Playbook for Insurance Leaders,” for executives, corporate communications managers, marketing communications teams, internal communications teams, claims departments, and customer service departments, to build in-depth understanding and enhance skills in crisis management and communication, including systematically learning the principles of crisis management and crisis communication, along with a workshop simulating real crisis scenarios and communications.
The training was honored by Mr. Sarawut Burapaphat, Strategic Communications Expert, as speaker, on 21 October 2025 at Seminar Room 501, 5th Floor, Thai General Insurance Association, and via online Zoom Meeting.
