The Insurance Business and Academic Development Committee, through the Insurance IT Club, held the 21st Thailand Insurance CIO Forum 2025 – “AI in Action: Transforming Insurance Today, Shaping Tomorrow.”
The event featured educational lectures, along with 24 vendor companies exhibiting booths to showcase products and technology. Over 70 participants from 34 companies attended, including non-life insurance companies, life insurance companies, and other interested organizations, on 21–23 November 2025 at the Ballroom, Holiday Inn Pattaya, Chonburi Province.
