The Insurance Business and Academic Development Committee, through the Insurance Business HR Professionals Club, held a seminar on “HR Strategy: Driving Performance with Digital PMS,” to build up-to-date HR knowledge and effectively drive organizational performance. The event featured two lecture sessions: from 09:00–12:00, a lecture on “In-Depth Steps for Course Certification with the Department of Skill Development,” by Mr. Weerapong Bukong, Director, Bangkok Skill Development Office Area 4, and from 13:00–16:00, a lecture on “HR Strategy & Digital Performance Management System,” by Mr. Weerapon Weerachotwasin, Chief Executive Officer, V-Tech Consulting Co., Ltd., on 30 January 2026 at Seminar Room 501, Thai General Insurance Association.
