Mr. Aran Sriwongthai, Advisor, Miscellaneous Insurance Committee, Thai General Insurance Association, attended the “Worry-Free Restaurants, Protected by Insurance” project activity and joined a panel discussion on “Customer Journey: When the Path Customers Expect Is More Than Just Food for Thought to Close the Risk,” to exchange views on challenges, risk trends, and effective risk management approaches for restaurant operators.
The activity was organized to promote knowledge, understanding, and awareness of the importance of risk management in the restaurant business, for operators in target provincial areas.
