The Motor Insurance Committee held a seminar to enhance efficiency in motor insurance claims management, to build understanding of the contracts and records related to motor insurance, and to standardize claims practices between insurance companies, in order to reduce disputes arising before entering the Thai General Insurance Association’s arbitration process, as well as to strengthen good relationships among practitioners and build cooperation in working together across the motor insurance business. A total of 89 participants from 29 companies attended, on 24-25 April 2026 at Garden Cliff Resort & Spa Pattaya, Chonburi Province.
